Jaede Tan is a Regional Director at App Annie and drives business development and sales efforts across India, Southeast Asia and Australasia. He has over a decade of experience across Asia, Europe and the Middle East developing commercial relationships in the investment and mobile sectors. Jaede is an expert on the key role App Annie data plays in strategic decision making, especially for companies looking to grow in the fast moving industry of mobile apps.
Before joining App Annie, he was Senior Vice President at Deltec Capital Limited in Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Economic History from University of Bristol.

Microthon The Hackathon for Mini People!

codeathon is a learning-intensive hackathon experience for complete beginners to build app prototypes with friends. Through weekend introductory courses, ongoing learning and mentorship concluding in an online submission, you will be able to go from zero to building an app for gender equality for an audience.

Be a IDEAS Hub Volunteer today!

The IDEAS Hub needs you! We are looking for volunteers to help out with daily activities and facilitate projects. As a volunteer, you will get training on different skills throughout the year to prepare for our many interesting activities.

Volunteer Orientation Sessions@IDEAS Hub is a 2 day hands-on workshop where volunteers will be able to learn how to use the equipment available at the hub. As an IDEAS Hub Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to shape the culture of a new innovation space for the UWCSEA community.

The sessions are open to Parents, Staff and Alumni of UWCSEA. Students will be able to join the IDEAS Hub Leaders CCA if they would like to be involved with the space.
To be a Volunteer at the IDEAS Hub, you will need to attend both training sessions (4 and 11 February).
